Motorola Milestone X - Where to download sbf?

I seem to have messed up my phone. I have Milestone X through Bluegrass Cellular and I am unrooted now (rooted before), however superuser is still on the phone and enjoys denying all permission and access. I can't use any method I've found to remove it. So now I've resorted to attempting to sbf but I can't seem to find a download for:

SHADO_X6_3.1.39_SHADOW_BP_C_02.06.00R_AP_BP_Flex_1 E_signed_secure_dist_1ff_P3_USERBLD.sbf.gz


All download links I find lead me to filesonic and a dead end. Does anyone know where I could get the file from?

1kds has a site with the mile stone and... Google it... It will be like.. google.com/1kds.... Something kinda like that...
