Where to download baseband?

Does anyone have or know where I can download the baseband for a Bluegrass Cellular Motorola Milestone(CDMA) phone? I used the Miler 26 SBF with RSD Lite, and the baseband version is correct, but the settings must be wrong. The version is C_01.07.00R
