Little known fact: while on a cruise ship and in motion, your Turbo is constantly in "Driving Mode". Lol

Did you have a text read out loud that should not have been?

Enjoy PereDroid! Those ships are amazing! You have no idea you are even moving unless you look out at the ocean.

We were on the Oasis of the Seas. Those things are entire cities.

Taken from a car, so forgive the less than perfect quality. According to local Arizonians this is where some of the early scenes of Star Wars episode 7 were filmed.

Meh... I think that was my last cruise. We had fun and all but there are just too damn many people on those ultra large ships.

I never felt that way simply because the ship is so huge. Unless you're trying to embark & disembark when everyone else does, it's not that bad IMO.

I didn't mind all the people so much but I do prefer vacationing at a one destination stop. The cruise was well worth the experience, though.

Can't do a cruise. I like staying in one place and doing what I want.

I'm guessing you spent no time at the pools on your ship days? Sounds like you didn't.

I've been on a few cruises, after the one prior to this we swore off of them for exactly the reason Musty mentions. On this last cruise, we were in the Bahamas for 5 hours. 5...hours.
Now for us, in this one case, it wasn't bad. We did the 'Swim with Dolphins' excursion for my son. It was a blast and it was on another island so we had to take a private boat almost 45 minutes to get to it. So we saw MUCH of the Bahamas (including Beyonce's house, Bill Gates' and Michael Jordans).
But, of course there was NO way to get back to the boat early so we waited in the longest line I've ever seen to get in. It sucked. Then we were hungry... 1,000 people waiting in line for food. UGH.
When we travel we want to spend time in a place and get to know it. And the people who live there. I'd much rather spend 7 days in Puerto Vallarta, our home away from home nowadays..
It seemed they were understaffed as there were times it took far too long to have tables cleared. The pools on the 'at-sea' days are so ridiculously crowded, I hated to even be in it. But my son loves nothing more so we made the best of it.

Used to be 'Stang. Now's he's Musty. Forgot to mention why we went on this cruise after swearing off: in-law's paid for it. So while I'm anti-cruise now, I'm not anti-free cruise.

Anyway, back on topic.
