Hello Everyone!
My boss just recently purchased a Droid 3 from Verizon. He made a phone call and when he went to make another call the screen was black. What caused this? What does he need to do to get the normal screen back? How can he prevent it from happening again?

Additional Information: He is still able to make calls by using his earpiece.
