Moto Droid orientation issues?

My Droid has never really been all that great with adjust it's orientation correctly - is this a common thing I should just get used to, or is it something I can calibrate?

what do you mean it hasn't been all that great? does it take a while to rotate? does it rotate incorrectly or is it a hit and miss for it to rotate? That isn't normal and you should get a replacement because your orientation sensory might be defective.
