Moto Droid: Navigation and GPS at the same time?

Hi,

Is it possible to have GPS (Google maps navigation) running on Droid and at the same time music running from Droid to the car speakers in a car?

Kinda thinking of having GPS+iPod in one device .

Ive had Nav running and then accepted a phone call, works fine

actually was cool, the navigation kinda whispers the next turn into your ear and only you can hear it not the other side haha

It works really well. Music volume lowers for navigation directions and then resumes.

Its possible and you can even mute the navigation voice so it doesn't play over your music. I do it all the time running nav and pandora at the same time.
