Please note that there are two builds, per the updated notice.

So there's no difference between the two builds?

I'm thinking that there is no difference, since the official change log lists both build numbers with only one set of specs.

Im not sure if it updated or not, went through the hole process and everything looked fine, but after it booted it said an error had occurred not the software update failed like it usually does.

Yes, you Updated. But, you still have the same old radio "baseband", same issue I have.

WRONG! There is a difference and it depends on what version of JB you are on. I'll post here shortly the differences in the versions.

I was guessing based on the limited info in the release notes. Thanks for providing further information.
