rooted. I installed it from mobiledefense/install though, trying to test it now. Will it not work due to rooting?

Mobile Defense Closed Beta

Thank you for your interest. Mobile Defense has temporarily returned to a closed beta and thus is currently unavailable via the Android Market. Existing users should not experience any interruptions in service.
