yeah its dope man, i liked the widget clock; he has a 5way lockscreen and nice sexy wallpapers

I like it, but it seems that either

a.)It's not compatible with 1.7.8
b.)Some items aren't themed(unlikely because browser isn't showing up themed)

Browser isn't themed. If you want you can download the browser or any of the other icons available from the dropbox link on the blog. Unzip the theme and drop the icon or icons into the icon folder, rezip and install.
