Missing phone app/Duplicate Browser app.

Heyyy I'm running v5.3 and I noticed that I'm missing the phone app on the bottom dock, and the browser app is in it's place, even though I have the browser app on my homepage screen as well. The phone app is nowhere to be found so I have to dail through contacts or lockscreen. Anything I can do?

Ah it's cool it worked like, soon after I posted. I don't recall whether I rebooted or not, but I'll keep that in mind.
