Missing Cursor

Has anyone noticed that in some web applications the cursor is missing in the text field? I'm having this issue with a web page used for email. The web page itself is some Microsoft thing for email, I've seen it before at other companies so I figure it's fairly standard for those that want access to corporate email across the internet.

Anyway, I'm just curious to know if anyone else has had this particular problem.

My cursor was initially missing altogether no matter what I was doing, and then after disabling the Android board the hardware keyboard worked. Re-enabled the Android keyboard and they both worked. For a little while. Now my Android keyboard cursor is still there and my hardware keyboard cursor is MIA again.
