So I recently purchased the droid 2. Love the thing, but having some issues with it. About 2 or 3 times a day at random times, my phone will not receive any calls or texts for about thirty minutes. I will receive all the missed texts (even from multiple users) after the thirty minutes, but it's still a hassle to be texting someone and be thirty minutes behind. I know that my messages are being sent and received by the people I am texting but I am not receiving their response. I also know people wait for my response during this period and the call goes straight to voicemail.
I have 4 bars all the time so I ruled that out as an issue. I was looking to do a factory reset, but don't want to lose my apps and app data (can't live without angry bird levels). Is there anyway I can back up all my app data and then do a factory reset?
