Microsoft. outlook /exchange

I cannot sync my phone with exchange I know the Droid already has an app for this but I can't figure it out. Someone suggested touchdown and I have searched the site and have been unable to find actual instructions. Can someone please instruct me on what to do? I know on some phones once you sync exchange outlook follows is this also with the Droid?

First you will need your email settings which can be given to you by your IT staff. After that , just go to Email app and click set up new account and use Exchange. Then just fill it the blanks with the info provided by your IT admin.
