Micro USB to Micro USB

Is it possible to connect two phones/devices via each others Micro USB?? If so, does such a double ended micro USB cable exist?? Would that be a more solid connection than say, Bluetooth connectivity for photo file sharing ??
Does this exist and has anyone done it??

Bluetooth will be more then enough to transfer files. I would recommend the app Bluetooth File Transfer it's an amazing app! Been using it since my OG days of 2009.
