When I look at my memory in settings, it says 29 gigs for my SD but only 2.43 for internal... Is that normal. I have nothing on my phone so far that didnt come with it.

Mine was the same, the 8gb internal is used up for the most part with VZW bloatware. 5gb worth it seems. Can't wait for root.
