Media Streamer with live conversion?

Is there a media streamer/server app for android that can stream videos from your computer and live convert them to the correct format? I know there is an iPhone app that can do this, but I haven't been sucessful finding an android streaming app that doesn't require me to convert all of my movies to h.264. Anybody know of an app that can help?
