Maxx With ICS Pre Installed

I was just curious, I was reading about alot of issues going from Gingerbread to ICS. If I were to buy the maxx today, I would assume that ICS would be preloaded on it and working at the Max? Meaning none of the glitches from the switch would hamper me? Also, is NFC available on the Razr Maxx? What is teh reccomended Video Chat on the Maxx?

My Maxx came with ICS already on it, about a month ago. Not sure about your other questions.

No nfc exist on the maxx at all.

The Razr Maxx HD will have NFC.
I use Google Talk for video chat.
