Maxx insurance replacement?

How long before they start replacing the maxx with the maxx HD? Or will they? speaking about asurion.

I'm sure Asurion has plenty of OG maxx in stock. Maybe a year from now they'll replace them with RAZR HD

Not too sure if I will wait my uncle has a DROID x which he's broke twice still receiving DROIDX replacements a few months back.
