Maxx case's that allow use of docks?

Im new to the site and wonder if someone has any answers. In my exuberance in buying the Maxx i purchased the kit with both car and tv dock. Has anyone had any luck with a case that can be used with the docks? Ive bought both the cheap silicone cover and an otter box which obviously isn't going to work. I hate having to take the cover off each time i want to use the docks
