Marketplace with 2.3

So I have android 2.3 and it's awesome. However I'm having issues with the market place. It's not updated to the most current version and it def doesn't find some apps that I know are there. My tracks is one of several I know should be there but don't show up, even when I search via a barcode. Anyone else have the same issue and found a solution? Thx.

They didn't. Rooted DInc. Thought that much was understood. I'm using OMGB v6 if that makes a difference.

Also, tried to manually update with a file and that didn't work either.
