Market Weirdness

My Market is no behaving lately. I installed the Live TV app after receiving my self installed OTA update. I have enjoyed using flash BTW. After messing around I decided to uninstall the app. Now when I go to my downloads section it is still there. Uninstalled apps use to disappear but now this one will not go away. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Non-root BTW.

I am not to concerned since it is uninstalled. I am just kinda OCD like that and it has been a few days since I uninstalled it.
