Maps, Google, Latitude

I set up Latitude on the Maps App. Through Gmail, etc.
I have it show me and 1 other person, but most of the time it's wrong. If we are both in my house, it has them about 1 mile east of where we are. We both have the GPS on. Is there something else that has to be on?

GPS doesn't work indoors. Due to the frequency that the GPS signal is on, it experiences a lot of attenuation and distortion going through drywall, cement, and concrete. If you go outside or near a window, the GPS in your phone will get a much more accurate reading and it should correct your issue.

Still Not Correct

Even outside it still shows them a mile east of me. The icon with their name even moves a bit. I had both phones (Moto Droid) on mjy lap. I was right in the correct spot, and they were in the correct spot on their phone. A few times other days it showed use both here.
