making a lego dock tonight

Fridge magnet in the right spot will send it into media dock mode.

Also, try to go for function over form. I made 4 or 5 docks and the best one was the one that I knocked off my desk and nothing broke on it. (Coolest looking one broke a lot... But still looked cool)

the magnet is no brainer and i already have plans for that as well as a hefty amount of superglue to hold them all together. once finished im drilling a hole for the usb port and locking that down so its pemanent (semi at least)

no, and a quick seach reveals im not the only lego lover in this forum

They make left, right, up and down right angle micro usb cords. Which in my humble opinion would make a good lego build into a great one.
