Make apps see Micro SD card as storage and NOT internal?

I want to use my Micro SD card as the main storage. But all the apps see the internal one only. How do I set the phone to see the Removable card first?

This allows swapping the 2 around.

I checked that link out but it requires SO much modifying. Can't the directories just not be renamed? Ie. SDCard becomes ext-SDCard and vice-versa.

If you read that thread the only thing you have to do is download a modified file and replace the original with it then reboot. Not that involved at all. JUST BACKUP YOUR ORIGINAL.
