M on the screen

hi i'm new here & i'm seeking help with a droid i bought on ebay when iturn on the phone it won't get past the motorola M screen & it shows the M on the left side os the screen i tried to put it on recovery mode but won't work i also tried rsd lite with a stock sbf & nothing can somebody please help me with this problem. thank you

Flash the SPR.sbf thru RSD then you should be able to laod a ROM
SBF to root and to unroot, Option 2
