Low on volume space error (help needed)

I have a rooted bionic with ICS. Elixir shows that I have 67% free on internal. What gives? What do I have to do?

That error message occurs whenever you drop below 1GB of free space. Go to Settings-> Storage and look at your Internal Storage. If it's below 1GB free, you're going to have that error, until you delete/move stuff from your internal "SD card".
