Loving my phone, just a few things I need to figure out here...

1. I have a gmail account, had it well before I got the phone, but for some reason I get two notifications for the same account. They seem to each be in a different format too. How do I fix this?

2. How do I delete notifications in general? I've had 3 notifications on the top bar that my pictures were uploaded to Facebook and no matter how many times I click on them they just won't disappear.

3. How do I delete installed apps? Not just remove them from the desktop, but actually delete them?

Thanks in advance for the help!

I can answer questions 2 and 3. 2: Pull down the notification bar and either hit clear in the top right corner, of for some there is a minus sign next to them that individually clears them. 3: go to settings<applications<manage apps and if you click on the applications an option to uninstall should be there. If your trying to delete the pre loaded apps, it depends. Most you can't, but I know a few games like "let's golf" where you can.

Thank you for your help! I figured it was something easy I just hadn't found yet.

Now if I could just get rid of my double notification on email...

For question one. Are you using that stock email app and gmail app to load your emails? You may need to go into one of those apps and delete an account or turn notifications off in one of the apps. You also don't want apps syncing things all the time, it will drain your battery.
