lost my phone on AT&T what should i get today

i lost my phone on my AT&T account so i need to get new one which one should i buy or wait? i have another phone on VZ so i am not lacking for a phone and i am going to get nexus if and when it comes out.

Evidence seems to point to the Nexus launching right after Black Friday. So a little over 3 weeks.

If it were I, I'd wait two weeks and get a Razr - not a Galaxy. If I needed a phone (as such!!) during those two weeks, I'd get a Trakfone at Walmart and a small amount of "minutes".
