losing data signal.... advice?

alright, so I've had a Droid for a year and a half, rooted for about a year. loved it. when i got my thunderbolt i rooted it within an hour of activating it. but i did play around with it a bit first. and since rooting and flashing the das BAMF rom, ive noticed that ill lose data signal randomly and it wont come back for 5-10 seconds or ill have 3G or 4G signal but it wont do anything, like my browser wont load or anything. this is very annoying, seeing as 4G is faster than my wifi connection, i would like to not have problems with it a lot!!!! to save battery, i do turn off data when im just texting or not using my phone, but when i turn it back on is when i get these problems. any suggestions?

did you upgrade the radio? that is supposed to fix the gps/4g issues and improve 3g signal

Same Issue

I was having the same issue when running das bamf 1.5 with the new ruu and radio update. I think it was an issue with the rom because i put das bamf 1.63 on and I've had maybe one time it's dropped out in atleast 5 days of heavy usage.
