Loosing Battery when phone is turned off

Hey guess i have a droid incredible 2 and been having a problem. Every night i game and while i do i charge my phone soon as its at 100% i unplug it and turn it off. But recently when i turn it on in the morning its been at like 70% i dont get it because i shut the phone off completely anybody know how to solve this problem?

You mean the phone is completely off at "100%" when you go to sleep?

If fastboot is checked your phone isn't shutting down all the way. It's more like sleep. Still using a little battery.
Your phone probably wasn't charged all the way either. HTC uses charging regulation that prevents it.
