MyVerizon app has tons of permissions that give it near big brother capabilities, beware of big business apps with lots of permissions. Now I'm paranoid so you don't have to do all this but I recomend it highly and I hope others can add to this

Just uninstalled MyVerizon just in case...

BTW, it asks for the following permissions on install:
- YOUR LOCATION (coarse, fine, mock location sources)*
- NETWORK COMM. (full internet)**
- PHONE CALLS (intercept outgoing calls, read phone state & id)
* access extra location provider commands
** view network state, view Wi-Fi state

Doesn't look TOO intrusive, but definitely needs more permissions than other apps. Some of my essentials, like Google Voice, though, need way more (but at least it makes sense). The MyVerizon app looks like it just pulls data from your account and displays it so I'm not sure why it needs anything besides Internet and Phone Info (to read your minutes used, etc).

I'll check out Remote Wipe and OS Monitor, too.
