I have flashed my phone, now I assume I have to reinstall all of the apps I had before?

It will do it automatically. When you login in to your Google account. It will download everything you had before.

Did your phone start up? Its at the home screen right with liberty running?

Did you use backup assistance? Liberty doesn't have that. You can find the apk for it. Just find that and install it and use your login for that.

It might be in the market as well. I'm not sure. I have all my contacts saved through Google.

Yea it will sync the contacts. It might be saved to your Verizon account. You can access it online. Save it to your desktop ans then login to gmail and upload the contacts. Try that.

The liberty boot screen is just sitting there and the wings spin every so often, did I brick myself?

No. Its stuck in a boot loop. Take the battery out and put it back in and see if that fixes it.
