Looking for Note widget - Particular type

Hey, guys, today I saw HTC note widget and loved it and want same type of widget for my Motorola xoom.

let me explain about note widget if some one doesn't have HTC.

Note widget let me swipe notes and let me edit directly from widget area with out going in app. It will also let me create new notes there too...
