temp monitor if im not mistaken? i think its $2 on the market

Temp Monitor is the only one I'm aware of that can/will monitor and display actual CPU temps. There is a free version available but it's has several features locked.

Note: you need to be rooted and flash specific kernels in order for this to work. The stock/OEM kernel does NOT allow for CPU temp readings.

i'm rooted, overclocking, thats why I want to monitor temp

I use Temp Monitors read out on the notification bar. Simple, yet informative.
