Long Sync and Lag after reboot

I am running a rooted 2.2 (blue energy with a 1 ghz kernal. I have an exchange account, google account and facebook all set to sync on demand (not when roaming though). Everytime I do a batter pull and the phone comes back on it takes forever to do what I think is syncing. And occasionally its rebooted in the middle as well.

I've been searching on the forums and really can't find any thing like this.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Joe

"every time I have to do a battery pull. ."

I think that's the problem. Why are you doing a battery pull so often? Battery pulls are not good for your sd card and the lag is your phone having to re-read the sd card. So I would fix whatever is causing you to have to do battery pulls, whether it's your rom or kernel and then your problem should be solved.

good luck

Is there an app similar to windows task manager that can show what is consuming the most cpu cylces or I/O?

Not that I know of. What kernel are you running. I have had this trouble with kernels before. Also when was the last time you cleared your cache?

@ teddyearp - No I didn't yet. I will check out system panel lite. Thanks!

@ dlwhtrose - I am using 2.6.32.9-P3Droids kernel.

Thanks!

Joe
