It changes your phone settings based on Location and Time. For example, you can set it so it'll automatically go to silent when you enter a movie theater and back to normal when you leave.
Some like it, but I personally don't think it's worth $9.95. There are other programs, like Tasker, that'll do about the same for cheaper.
