Supreme Court rulings/local state court rullings

thanks to those who pointed me to the pure messanger widget...so i thought i would post this question.. I am a paralegal student and was wondering if there was an app for the newest Supreme Court rulings national or state.. these are all publicized and I was wondering if there was an app that would deliver those to the phone? i have the congress app that shows local laws passed in that state.

This app appears to be in beta and is apparently limited to federal decisions but it may provide at least part of what you're looking for.
