Linking contacts after update

As the title suggests, I can't figure this out. So now I can't combine facebook contacts with the contact information I get from them otherwise. :/ I couldn't even unlink existing linked contacts now if I wanted to. Solution or something I'm missing?

As a side note, my phone is also overheating much worse than I'm used to.

I have this same issue! its annoying. I network a lot so i'm meeting a lot of new people. I first input them into my phone as a phone number and their name then find them on facebook. I used to be able to link the contacts after i find them on FB but now i can't even find the "link" option. Please Help!!!

I'm in the same boat after I updated my Droid with gingerbread. Let me know waht you guys find out.

So in doing some searching, I found out how to do it. See below:

Open a contact name, left hard key then click edit contact. Left hard key again and then click join. It'll bring up your contact list for you to select which one you want to join it to.

In GB is there a place where you can choose the default contact picture handler between Facebook and Twitter? Froyo used to have.
