Line Feed in Text Messages on the Droid

Hello,

Just got my Droid today and am trying to figure things out. This site has been very helpful -- thank you all.

One, probably silly, question. How do you put a line feed into a text message? The "carriage return" on the slide out keyboard seems to function as a "send" button instead of a line feed.

When you say line feed, do you mean.. like.. return? Start a new line without sending?
