LiMOD Droid X Black Bar help

My Chrome to Phone app isn't working, and I can't install the one from the market until I uninstall the one on the theme, but everytime I attempt to, it says unsuccessful.

I also can't locate where it's stored, so I can't delete it using Root Explorer. Any help?
