I recently updated from v0.4 to v0.5 and all is well except the battery life seems to be extremely short. After just a few hours the battery loses approximately 30% of its charge which is probably double the normal amount of loss. A lot of this loss is when the phone is in standby. I compared the running services with my Droid X and another Droid X running V0.5 and they seem to be exactly the same.
In an effort to fix the problem I re-installed the v0.5 rom but it didn't help.
If I can't find a fix for the problem I would like to revert back to V0.4. I couldn't seem to find any posts that described the process of reverting. With the new kernel that V0.5 brings I'm not sure what process is necessary. Any help would be appreciated.
