LG help for a newbie

My new LG Vortex, when I call or get a call, no sound comes out on either end. I checked, and It's not on silent, mute, or airplane mode. PPLLLEEEEEEEEAAAASSSSSSEEEEEEEE help! :icon_banana: dancedroid
