The LG G5 was kind of a bust, but LG has had a bit of a resurgence with the success of the LG V20. Many LG fans are looking to give LG another chance with the LG G6. So far we don't know much about the upcoming LG G6. Other than the fact that LG will likely ditch the modularity idea not much else has been leaked about the phone. LG may be looking to capitalize on the success of a few Samsung features. They may be adding an iris scanner into the front facing camera module. LG Pay may also be featured on this device. LG Pay originally was designed to be used with a separate LG card. Apparently the card idea has been scrapped in favor of MST or Magnetic Secure Transmission. This is the same tech that allows you to make payments at virtually all credit card payment kiosks. Hopefully LG will be able to compete with the Galaxy S8 with some of these new features.
