Hello, I am new here. I just recently got my LG Ally & I was wondering: Why does my phone turn on while I charge it? I know most others you can charge it with it on or off, but mine turns on & I was wondering how I can keep it off while charging, or does it need to stay on? Also, when I turn it off to put it away, I hear it making noises in my bag & that it automatically turns itself back on, even though I've turned it off. Can someone please advise? Thanks.
