I just got a Droid Incredible 4g LTE, I love it due to the small size, I am really not liking the other bigger phones. Anyway, my question is that my LED notification light is not flashing if the screen is dark. How can I change this so that it will flash for ANY notifications received whether the screen is on or not? I see it starts flashing when I turn on the screen but what is the point of that? I only want to turn on my phone in some cases if there is something that is new. Please help!
