LED and Keyboard lights not working

I noticed this morning that my LED and my keyboard lights are not working, i ended up doing a reset and then they worked. loaded my apps back up. now not working again..now not working.. been deleating apps and still not working... has anyone ran into this?? is there an app anyone knows of that is doing this that im missing???

I'm havin same problem hoping someone can help. Set my brightness to automatic but still no love. Led's turn on and off randomly. Very hard to nav in the dark

Are the phones light sensative? Every time it gets dark the keyboard lights up.When it gets brighter the keyboard darkens.I thought I had the same issue.Now I'm not so sure.
