so the icons can only be customized for the DOCK? You can't get custom icons for the app drawer or the screens themselves???

You can change the icon for items on the desktop, not the app drawer though. Just add shortcut to the screen and it will let you change the picture used.

thanks, I guess changing the actual app icon is done thru rom themes, and launcher themes.
