Launcher Pro caused text notifications to stop happening

I'm using a Droid Pro and I just installed it. Is there a setting I need to change? I'm not getting the notification at the top of the screen, the sound, or any kind of "number overlay" on the SMS icon.

Alright, I figured it out. It started working when I deselected "Dock Notifications" to show the unread SMS count.
