launcher button gone after update to gb?

no launcher button in the bottom middle of home screen anymore?
can someone please clue me in on how i get to all my apps and
beloved bloatware?

It is on the new dock in the bottom of your screen all the way on the right

i still prefer 3rd party launchers rather than the blur ones even on gb. nothing beats lpp.
