Landscape back to Portrait issues?

Been seeing an issue with my Razr, if the screen is in landscape and I turn it upright, the screen will not go back to Portrait. I have to basically turn the phone all the way around the other way and then straight up to get the screen back to Portrait. I notice it much more when the phone wakes up in landscape mode.

I have had this happen to me a few times as well, I just lock the screen and the unlock it that usually fixes the problem.
